Food Shops!

Alongside budgeting, prepping is up there for me as one of the most important things you can be doing to ensure your life runs smoothly! If you can combine the two, then you'll be winning!

I like to do my meat shop once a month and I split that between the supermarket and our local butchers, my budget for meat per month is £100 (I don't always spend that) I generally pick up my mince and sausages in Aldi and then I will get chicken breasts, braising steaks, and a joint or 2 from the butchers.

I will then prepare it all, bag it all up per portion and freeze everything the day I buy it. I will then defrost whatever meat I need the day prior to needing it (weekly meal plans make this part really simple and stress free!)
